Apple Cinnamon Walnut Whole Wheat Muffins
Ingredients
2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
½ Teaspoon Salt
3 Teaspoons Baking Soda
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ Teaspoon Nutmeg
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
½ Cup Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
¼ Cup Oil
1 ¼ Cup Milk
1 Peeled and Dice Apple
¼ Cup Walnuts Chopped
Directions
Preheat Oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 12 cup muffin pan with a cooking spray or use a use paper liners.
Note: When using paper liners, you may still want to spray liners lightly with cooking spray.
Mix dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl and. Now add eggs, oil, diced apples, walnuts, and milk. Mix with spatula.
Use a spoon to fill cups ¾ way full.
Bake for 16-18 min or until golden.
Makes 12-18 muffins.
