Apple Cinnamon Walnut Whole Wheat Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour

  • ½ Teaspoon Salt

  • 3 Teaspoons Baking Soda

  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

  • ¼ Teaspoon Nutmeg

  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla

  • ½ Cup Brown Sugar

  • 2 Eggs

  • ¼ Cup Oil

  • 1 ¼ Cup Milk

  • 1 Peeled and Dice Apple

  • ¼ Cup Walnuts Chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 12 cup muffin pan with a cooking spray or use a use paper liners.

  • Note: When using paper liners, you may still want to spray liners lightly with cooking spray.

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl and. Now add eggs, oil, diced apples, walnuts, and milk. Mix with spatula.

  2. Use a spoon to fill cups ¾ way full.

  3. Bake for 16-18 min or until golden.

Makes 12-18 muffins.
